Dated 16\/09\/2010 and 31.10.2015 and 25\/01\/2018. Works to be taken up under the scheme:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A) To arrange, maintain and regulate cremation\/burial grounds in rural areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work to be undertaken: Acquisition of cremation\/burial land, construction of platform, construction of shed, access road, securing the site by fencing or fencing as required, electrification of cremation\/burial land and provision of electric crematorium\/improved crematorium as required, water supply, construction of crematorium ghat\/river ghat (as required for cremation system), land leveling and flooring, memorial garden,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B) Work to be undertaken regarding Gram Panchayat Building\/Office: Construction of new Gram Panchayat building and facilities within the building,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconstruction\/expansion of the old Gram Panchayat building, tree plantation in the Gram Panchayat premises, improvement of the premises, fencing of the premises and other ancillary works.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C) Expanding the scope of works under the Jan Suvidha Yojana: Developing a weekly market center within the Gram Panchayat limits, beautifying the village lakes by removing silt from them, arranging solid waste, constructing underground sewers, installing solar energy-based double hand pumps in the existing villages within the Gram Panchayat limits, and arranging a water purification RO plant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D) Roads to be taken up under the Public Utilities Scheme: Construction of intra-village roads, connecting roads from one settlement\/village to another.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terms\/Conditions\/Eligibility for Participation in the Scheme<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Administrative approval for every work under this scheme should be obtained through the Gram Panchayat after the consent of the Gram Sabha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Technical approval should be obtained through the competent authority. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Budget and plan maps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4) Maintenance\/repair\/Gram Panchayat guarantee letter and Gram Panchayat resolution. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5) The selection of works under this scheme will be done through the District Planning Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 6) 7\/12 survey of the site where construction is to be carried out or sample 8 survey of the site. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7) Certificate stating that the work submitted is not proposed or approved from any other scheme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8) Site map of the proposed site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 9) The proposal along with the recommendation of the Block Development Officer should be submitted to the Gram Panchayat Department, Zilla Parishad,
