Grant and Benefits:-
- An amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- is provided as a subsidy for the construction of a new house. The subsidy can be deposited in the bank account of the beneficiary through the PFMS system.
- While sanctioning the house, first installment advance Rs. 90,000/-, second installment Rs. 90,000/-, third installment Rs. 20,000/-
- Toilets also have to be constructed during the construction of the house.
