Zilla Parishad Cess Scheme

Main conditions (1) The applicant should be a female animal husbandry. (2) It will be mandatory for the applicant to take out three years insurance of the hybrid cow / buffalo at his own expense. (3) The applicant or his spouse should not be working in a government, semi-government or local self-government organization or should not be retired. (4) The applicant will have to submit a certificate from the Gram Sevak Gram Panchayat that the applicant has the facility of shelter, water and food for the animal. (5) For a hybrid cow / buffalo, 50 percent of the purchase price but a maximum of Rs. 20,000/- subsidy is directly deposited in the bank savings account of the beneficiary.
